We're Helping Test the new NHSWales app

Writer: AdminAdmin

Here at The Medical Centre (Pencoed/Llanharan), we are one of the first practices to test the new NHSWales app.

In England, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. In Wales, we currently have MyHealthOnline, and we also have SurgeryApp, both of which provide access to some NHS Services (predominantly GP-related). The new NHSWales app should bring some of these services together, and, over time, allow a greater range of services to be accessed.

As part of this project, we will need some patients to test the private beta (ie test) site.

As a result, some patients may receive an invite via text message. It will read something like:

The Medical Centre is one of the first sites to test the new NHS Wales App. If you’d like to help, find out more here (followed by a link)

If you do receive an invite, please be assured that it is genuine and from us. You don't have to take part, but if you would like to, please follow the link.
