The District Nurses are employed by the local health board, not the practice

The East Network District Nursing team are based in Glanrhyd Hospital, not at our surgery (see map below).

Geographical areas covered by East Network District Nurses:

Gemma covers Llanharan, Brynna and Heol y Cyw areas

Rachel covers Pencoed, Coychurch, Troeos, Brackla (zone A/Lower end)
